At Cold Hollow Cider Mill, we take pride in the quality of our Vermont-made goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If your items arrive damaged or do not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your cider, baked goods, or specialty food items.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For items damaged during transit, please include clear photos of the packaging and the product so we can expedite your claim with the carrier.
- 3.Review & Approval
Our team will review your request within 2 business days; please note that perishable items like cider donuts are generally non-returnable but are eligible for credit if quality standards aren't met.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no additional cost to you.
